Austin has some of the most Amazing food thats offered anywhere in Texas, and in 2011 two brothers, Willy and Rich thought opening an Authentic Philly Cheese Steak Trailer would be a good Idea.

Being from the Philly area we make the Cheese Steaks like they were made for us.

​

The only way to Bring Austin an Authentic Philly Cheese Steak was to Import the Amoroso Roll from Philadelphia.

​

Austin embraced Way South Philly! In 2013 we expanded into a Food Truck that we took to Events, Festivals, Corporate Lunches and Office Parties.

​

Then in 2017 & 2018 we sold Philly Cheese Steaks at the ACL Music Festival Food Court.

 

In early 2018 we opened our First Brick & Mortar Deli on Burnet Road!

Not only do we have Cheese Steaks at the Deli, we also offer Hoagies, (aka Cold Subs), Pizza, Stromboli, & Pizza Fritta (Fried Pizza)Featuring our In House Hand-Made Dough.

​

Still using the Amoroso's Roll we also import our Dietz & Watson Premium Meats and Artisan Cheeses.

All though we no longer have the food trailer or truck, we welcome Philly Trans Plants, North East Natives, Austinites, and anyone who wants to enjoy Real Authentic North East Cuisine at our Deli...
